Skimming and vacuuming, tile brushing, water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness), filter and pump inspection, equipment checks and treatment chemicals. Every visit with us includes a full chemistry check.
AED 150–400 per residential clean depending on size and condition. Monthly and AMC plans are significantly cheaper per visit.
Algae. In Abu Dhabi it can take hold in 48–72 hours from a missed chlorine dose. Recovery needs shock, algaecide and continuous filtration — usually 3–5 days.
After a normal clean, 15–30 minutes once the pump circulates. After shock or heavy algaecide, wait until free chlorine drops to 1–3 ppm (12–24 hours).
